"AMOS  N' ANDY "     

"RASSLIN' MATCH" made in 1933, this toon has the actual voices of  the ORIGIONAL  Amos N' Andy stars from the radio show ... Freeman  Gosden and Charles Correll. The film was produced in black and white and was a big hit with theater patrons, however is considered politically incorrect by today's standards. Ours is the very best print version we have ever seen made from an original print. (Not from a film dupe or  basement copied video.) Keep in mind animation wasn't very sophisticated in the early 30's. This is the best print we have ever seen.

"LION TAMER" Also starring Gosden and Correll in the roles they created for radio. Instead of a man in a lion suit, Andy fights a real lion. Again, this is an oldie with many repeated frames to stretch the animation budget which was common in those days. (Actually, for decades it has been fairly common to repeat frames in cartoons  ... it's just they eventually got more clever about it in later years.)
